The Yanmar SD60-5-2.23-L is an extended-length SD60 saildrive with a 2.23 gear ratio, matched to non-turbo JH series engines. The longer leg suits particular hull forms and engine layouts while keeping the drivetrain aligned when installed to Yanmar's specifications.

As an OEM Yanmar component, it works with the appropriate adaptor plates, engine beds and mounting hardware of SD60 saildrive assemblies without modification in approved installations. It is used to replace existing extended-length units, for repowers with compatible non-turbo JH engines and in new installations that call for this configuration.
