Yanmar KM2P-1 Parallel Marine Gearbox, 3.22:1 Reduction (KM2P-1AGG1)

The Yanmar KM2P-1AGG1 is a KM2P-1 parallel marine gearbox with a 3.22 reduction ratio. It connects an inboard Yanmar diesel to the propeller shaft on sailboats and powerboats that use a parallel gearbox layout.

The 3.22 ratio is intended for installations that call for more torque and a slower propeller shaft. This OEM Yanmar gearbox fits selected Yanmar diesel engines specified for KM-series gearboxes and, installed to the manufacturer's specifications, lines up with approved engine mounts and shafting without modification. It is used to replace an existing transmission, in repower projects, or in new inboard installations on sailboats and powerboats.
