Yanmar 4LV195 Marine Diesel Engine, 195 HP

The Yanmar 4LV195 is a 4-cylinder, 4-stroke, water-cooled common-rail marine diesel rated at 195 mhp (143 kW) at 3500 RPM. It displaces 2.755 L (168 cu in) with a 92 x 103.6 mm bore and stroke and is EPA Tier 3 compliant.

The 4LV series is designed for sailing yachts over 50 ft, superyacht tenders, small motorboats and light-duty commercial vessels. Its compact size lets it drop into earlier engine footprints for repowers, and it also suits new builds. Direct NMEA and J1939 CAN-bus connectivity supports integration with multifunction bridge displays.

Yanmar controls offered for the range include the VC10 electronic control panel, which shows real-time diagnostics, and the JC20 joystick maneuvering system. Emission compliance covers EU RCD 2 and IMO, and US EPA Tier 3.
