Yamaha F300 LF300XA 300 HP Outboard, 25" Shaft, Mechanical, Counter-Rotation
The Yamaha LF300XA is a 300 HP, 4,169 cc six-cylinder four-stroke outboard with remote mechanical throttle and shift. It has a 25-inch shaft, a counter-rotation (left) lower unit, electric start, EFI and power trim and tilt.
Built on Yamaha's 4.2-liter F300, this model suits offshore dual and center consoles, walkarounds, runabouts and pontoons, and it uses a redesigned cowling and an exhaust routing revised for reverse thrust. Its full-throttle range is 5,000 to 6,000 RPM. Standard equipment covers power trim and tilt, the counter-rotation lower unit, mechanical throttle and shift and the manual; the propeller is not included.
