The Yamaha LXF425XSB2 is a 425 HP XTO Offshore four-stroke outboard finished with a white cowling, with a 25-inch (X-long) shaft and counter (left-hand) rotation. Its eight-cylinder, 5,559 cc direct-injection engine is controlled through DEC with integrated electric steering.

Standard features include power trim and tilt, the integrated electric steering system, a counter-rotation lower unit, electric start, a safety lanyard and a dual flush system. Yamaha uses iridium spark plugs and quad thermostats on this motor. It weighs 952 lbs, and the propeller is not included.
