Volvo Penta D6-370 Aquamatic Sterndrive Marine Diesel Engine, 370 HP

The Volvo Penta D6-370 Aquamatic is an integrated sterndrive package powered by a common-rail marine diesel with crankshaft power of 272 kW (370 hp) at 3,500 RPM, at Rating 4. It has double overhead camshafts, a turbo and compressor with charge air cooler, and heat exchanger cooling.

An aluminum cylinder block and head keep weight low for the output, and the compact, symmetrical layout eases installation. Electronic steering enables features such as joystick maneuvering, and fuel consumption is 236 g/kWh.

Control is by Electronic Vessel Control, integrating engines, electronics and optional features, or the Marine Commercial Control System, an open system for the vessel's own controls. Freshwater cooling is standard, along with a heavy-duty engine cover and accessible service points.
