Volvo Penta Aquamatic D4-300A DP-I Diesel Sterndrive Package

The Volvo Penta Aquamatic D4-300A DP-I is a tightly integrated sterndrive package with a 3.7-liter, four-cylinder in-line common-rail diesel driving the DuoProp DPI leg. The engine is turbocharged with double overhead camshafts, and control runs through Volvo Penta EVC with a standard e-Key remote.

Everything from the cockpit controls to the propellers is designed as one package. Fuel goes in through electronically controlled common-rail injection, shift and throttle are electronic, and steering is hydraulic. The DuoProp drive carries twin propellers, shifts quietly and allows the clutch to be slipped when maneuvering at low speed, and the service points are easy to reach.

The Volvo Penta Electronic Vessel Control (EVC) system connects engine, electronics and optional features such as single-lever mode and Glass Cockpit. The e-Key remote is included as standard equipment.
