Vetus VH4.65 Marine Diesel Engine, 65 HP

$9,651.00Price
Quantity

The Vetus VH4.65 is an H-Line four-cylinder, four-stroke marine diesel rated 48 kW (65.3 hp) at the flywheel and 46.6 kW (63.4 hp) at the propeller shaft. It displaces 2607 cm³, uses indirect fuel injection and comes with a TM345(A) gearbox as standard.

The engine has a dual-circuit cooling system with an integrated heat exchanger, a seawater-injected exhaust bend and counterbalancing shafts to keep noise and vibration down. Molded rubber cooling components reduce the number of hose connections, the fuel system bleeds itself, and a 12 V, 115 A marine alternator is standard. Vetus lists it for cabin boats, sailing boats, small fishing boats and larger canal boats.

It can be ordered with a gearbox or a saildrive, or with an adapter kit to fit an existing Volvo Penta 110S, 120S or 120SB saildrive. A powerpack version with hydraulic pump is offered for running auxiliary equipment on board. Optional gearboxes are the ZF25A and ZF25, keel cooling and a calorifier connection kit are optional, and certification is EU-RCD II.
