Vetus M4.45 Marine Diesel Engine

$8,563.00Price
Quantity

The Vetus M4.45 is a four-cylinder M-line marine diesel engine of 1758 cm³ with a 78 x 92 mm bore and stroke and a 3000 RPM maximum. It is supplied with a TMC60P gearbox as standard and a 12 V, 110 A marine alternator.

The impeller is mounted at the front, as on all M4 engines, and the fuses and relays, fuel filter and connections, dipstick and oil filter are all within easy reach. A cast aluminum top cover with a water-cooled element absorbs radiant engine heat, and a plastic front cover encloses the pulleys and belts in line with the EC Machinery Directive.

An electric fuel pump switches on with the ignition and the fuel system bleeds itself after a filter change. A second alternator can be added, and front-mounted oil and fuel filters with bracket, a calorifier connection kit, SOLAS approval and the ZF12M or TMC60A gearbox are available as options. Warning lights and an audible alarm cover oil pressure, coolant and exhaust temperature and charging current.
