Vetus M4.35K Marine Diesel Engine, Keel Cooled Model, 33 HP

$7,452.00Price
Quantity

The Vetus M4.35K is the keel-cooled model of this four-cylinder M-line marine diesel, rated 24.3 kW (33 hp) at the flywheel and 23.6 kW (32.1 hp) at the propeller shaft. It displaces 1758 cm³, runs to 3000 RPM and has a TMC60P gearbox as standard.

As on all M4 engines, the impeller sits at the front, and the fuses and relays, fuel filter and connections, dipstick and oil filter are grouped for easy servicing. The cast aluminum top cover carries a water-cooled element that absorbs radiant heat, and a plastic front cover keeps the pulleys and belts enclosed to meet the EC Machinery Directive.

A 12 V, 110 A marine alternator is standard, with a second alternator available as an option. The ignition-switched electric fuel pump feeds a self-bleeding fuel system. Front-mounted oil and fuel filters with bracket, a calorifier connection kit, SOLAS approval and the ZF12M or TMC60A gearbox are offered as options.
