The Tohatsu MFS9.9EEPTUL is a 9.9 HP two-cylinder EFI four-stroke outboard with a 25-inch extra-long shaft and power tilt. Throttle and shift are remote mechanical, and the motor offers both electric and manual starting.

Displacement is 333 cc, the full-throttle range is 5,400 to 6,100 RPM and the motor weighs 119 lbs. Standard features include a propeller, steering arm, charging system, power tilt, service tool kit and parts, stop switch lanyard and owner's manual.
