The Tohatsu MFS9.9EEPTL is a 9.9 HP two-cylinder EFI four-stroke outboard with a 20-inch long shaft and power tilt. It is rigged for remote mechanical throttle and shift and starts electrically or by hand.

The 333 cc twin has a full-throttle range of 5,400 to 6,100 RPM and weighs 116 lbs. Standard features include a propeller, steering arm, charging system, power tilt, a service tool kit and parts, a stop switch lanyard and the owner's manual.
