The Tohatsu MFS9.9EEPL is a 9.9 HP two-cylinder four-stroke outboard with electronic fuel injection and a 20-inch long shaft. It is set up for remote mechanical throttle and shift, with electric and manual starting and manual trim and tilt.

This 333 cc EFI twin runs a full-throttle range of 5,400 to 6,100 RPM and weighs 104 lbs. Standard equipment listed for the motor includes a propeller, steering arm, charging system, service tool kit and parts, a stop switch lanyard and the owner's manual.
