Tohatsu's MFS9.9EEFTL is a 9.9 HP two-cylinder four-stroke tiller outboard with electronic fuel injection, power tilt and a 20-inch long shaft. It starts by electric or manual starter, displaces 333 cc, weighs 118 lbs and runs 5,400-6,100 RPM at full throttle.

Steering and shifting are handled at the tiller, and power tilt raises and lowers the motor. Included are a propeller, a 3.1-gallon external fuel tank with fuel line hose, the power tilt system, a charging system, a service tool kit with parts, a stop switch lanyard and the owner's manual.
