Tohatsu's MFS9.9EEFS is a 9.9 HP two-cylinder four-stroke tiller outboard with electronic fuel injection, electric starting and a 15-inch short shaft. It displaces 333 cc, weighs 104 lbs and runs 5,400-6,100 RPM at full throttle, with manual trim and tilt and standard rotation.

This short-shaft model is steered and shifted at the tiller and fed from an external tank. It ships with a propeller, a 3.1-gallon external fuel tank and fuel line hose, a charging system, a service tool kit with parts, a stop switch lanyard and the owner's manual.
