Tohatsu's MFS9.9EEFL is a 9.9 HP two-cylinder four-stroke tiller outboard with electronic fuel injection, electric starting and a 20-inch long shaft. It displaces 333 cc, weighs 106 lbs and runs 5,400-6,100 RPM at full throttle, with manual trim and tilt.

The motor is steered and shifted from the tiller handle and draws fuel from an external tank. Standard equipment covers a propeller, a 3.1-gallon external fuel tank with fuel line hose, a charging system, a service tool kit with parts, a stop switch lanyard and the owner's manual.
