Tohatsu's MFS15EL is a 15 HP two-cylinder four-stroke tiller outboard with electronic fuel injection, manual starting and a 20-inch long shaft. It displaces 333 cc, weighs 97 lbs and runs 5,400-6,100 RPM at full throttle.
The motor is pull-started and steered and shifted at the tiller, drawing fuel from an external tank. Standard equipment lists a propeller, a 3.1-gallon external fuel tank with fuel line hose, a service tool kit with parts, a stop switch lanyard and the owner's manual.
