Thornycroft TRGS-10 9.5kVA Single Phase Marine Generator Set

The Thornycroft TRGS-10 is a new single phase marine generator set rated 9.5 kVA continuous and 10.5 kVA intermittent at 1500 RPM and 50 Hz. It is powered by a three-cylinder 1.1L diesel engine with heat exchanger cooling and a wet exhaust.

The Deep Sea control panel comes with a 10 m extension harness, so it can be mounted away from the set, and the alternator is a MeccAlte unit. Starting is electric, the engine has its own emergency stop, and a self-protecting automatic shutdown is fitted. A 60 Hz configuration running at 1800 RPM is offered as an option.
