Suzuki DF9.9BEL2 9.9 HP EFI Outboard Motor, 20" Shaft, Electric Start

$1,599.00Price
Quantity

The Suzuki DF9.9BEL2 is a 9.9 HP electronic fuel injected four-stroke tiller outboard with a 20-inch long shaft and push-button electric start. It is aimed at medium and larger jon boats, skiffs and inflatables, and weighs 108 lbs.

A built-in 12V 145W 12A charging system works with the electric starter, and the thru-cowl manual pull cord is retained. The saltwater-rated 327 cc two-cylinder SOHC powerhead turns 5,000 to 6,000 RPM at full throttle and drives a 3-blade aluminum propeller of 9.25 inches diameter and 9.0-inch pitch through a 2.08:1 gear ratio.

At the tiller are a twist-grip throttle with tension control, steering friction control and a forward-mounted shift lever. Low oil pressure and overheat warnings, an over-rev limiter, start-in-gear lockout, an emergency lanyard stop switch, shallow water drive and five trim positions with a tilt lock pin are standard. A 3.1-gallon fuel tank and fuel line are included.
