The Yamaha F40JEHA is a 40 HP tiller-steered jet outboard with a three-cylinder, 747 cc EFI four-stroke engine and a jet lower unit in place of a propeller. This is a pre-owned motor with electric start and nitro-assisted tilt.
A single throttle valve, long-track intake manifold and electronic control module manage the engine. It weighs 227 lbs, carries a 20-inch shaft rating, starts electrically and runs a full-throttle range of 5,000 to 6,000 RPM. Nitro-assisted tilt is standard, and a fuel line, safety lanyard and manual are included.
