Paguro Generator 4SY 3.5 kW 3000 RPM Marine Diesel Generator
The Paguro 4SY is a compact single-cylinder marine diesel generator with 3.5 kW of mechanical power at 3000 RPM and a 230V synchronous brushless AC alternator. It is fully water-cooled with no ventilation openings, and its sound-insulating casing holds the stated noise level to 53 dB.
A thermostat-controlled seawater circuit cools the set through a self-priming, direct-drive Johnson pump. Specific fuel consumption is 0.35 l/kW/h and peak current is 24A for 2 seconds at 230V; an optional 12V, 8A output is also available. Starting is by 12V electric starter with remote control, backed by a manual emergency handle and automatic decompressor.
The remote control panel has a built-in clock meter and load indicator and shuts the generator down automatically on low oil pressure or overheating. The supplied equipment includes the control panel with cable and connectors, a clock counter, an automatic stop device and vibration-damping supports. The generator is manufactured in Italy by Volpi Tecno Energia (V.T.E.).
