Miller Trailblazer 325 EFI Welder/Generator, GFCI, Excel Power, WIC (907798003)

The Miller Trailblazer 325 EFI (907798003) is an engine-drive welder/generator with GFCI, Excel Power and WIC, rated 325 A at a 100% duty cycle for stick, MIG, flux-cored and TIG welding. Excel Power gives 2,400 watts of 120-volt pure sine-wave power at idle.

Excel Power is inverter based, so grinders and other jobsite tools can run while the engine stays at idle. ArcReach lets the operator change weld settings from an ArcReach feeder or Stick/TIG remote, carrying control signals over the existing weld cable with no separate control cord. Dynamic DIG uses a time-based algorithm to supply only the current needed to clear a short for a smoother, more consistent arc.

Electronic fuel injection adjusts the air/fuel ratio for every engine speed and load, while Auto-Speed slows the engine when demand drops and speeds it up automatically when more power is required. The engine is rotated toward the front with reversed generator airflow for a compact, cooler-running package.
