Miller Trailblazer 325 EFI Welder, Excel Power, Battery Charge, WIC (907798005)

The Miller Trailblazer 325 EFI (907798005) is an engine-drive welder/generator with Excel Power, battery charge/crank assist and WIC, rated 325 A at a 100% duty cycle. Excel Power supplies 2,400 watts of 120-volt, inverter-based pure sine-wave power with the engine at idle.

The battery charge/crank assist function charges dead batteries and helps start stubborn engines, which suits mechanics looking after a fleet of trucks or equipment. The battery charge/jump cables (300422) are ordered separately. Dynamic DIG uses a time-based algorithm to supply only the current needed to clear a short, for a smoother arc that can be tuned to the application, material and fit-up.

Electronic fuel injection adjusts the air/fuel ratio for every engine speed and load, and Auto-Speed lowers engine speed when demand is light and raises it automatically when more power is needed. The forward-rotated engine and reversed generator airflow keep the package compact and cooler running, and Smart-Cor technology with a 10-degree skewed rotor conditions generator power.
