Miller Trailblazer 325 EFI Kohler Welder/Generator with Excel Power (907798002)

The Miller Trailblazer 325 EFI Kohler (907798002) is an engine-drive welder/generator with Excel Power and ArcReach as standard, rated 325 A at a 100% duty cycle for stick, MIG, flux-cored and TIG work. Excel Power runs most jobsite tools with the engine at its 2,400 RPM idle speed.

Without Excel Power, a welder/generator runs at 3,600 RPM whenever a generator load is applied; with it, most tools plug in while the engine stays at 2,400 RPM idle. Working together with Auto-Speed, it can weld and run tools without leaving idle; Auto-Speed also raises engine speed automatically when more power is needed.

Electronic fuel injection matches the air/fuel ratio to engine speed and load. Welder and generator power systems are independent, and Smart-Cor technology with a 10-degree skewed rotor and Wave Filter conditions generator output. The forward-rotated engine and reversed generator airflow keep the package compact and cooler running.
