Miller Trailblazer 302 Kohler Air Pak Welder/Gen w/Cooler/Separator (907549003)
The Miller Trailblazer 302 Air Pak with Cooler/Separator (907549003) is a Kohler-powered welder/generator combining multi-process welding, a 31 CFM rotary screw air compressor, 13,000 watts of peak generator power and a 12/24-volt battery charger/jump starter.
A single engine runs the welder, generator and compressor. Generator power does not depend on weld settings and can run a Spectrum 875 plasma cutter while supplying its air (rated 5/8 in mild steel). The rotary screw compressor provides 31 CFM at 80-160 psi at a 100% duty cycle, rated at 104 F; airflow is selectable and pressure is set from the front panel. Side and top access doors and digital maintenance meters simplify service.
The battery charger/jump starter provides selectable 12 or 24-volt charging and up to 450 amps of jump-starting from the front panel. Four preset DIG settings tune the stick arc, Adaptive Hot Start eases arc starts, and Lift Arc TIG adds Auto-Crater and Auto-Stop. Output ranges are DC stick 25-300 A, DC TIG 10-300 A, AC TIG/stick 10-225 A and MIG/FCAW 13-35 V at 350 A, and plasma is among its processes.
