Quantity

The Miller Trailblazer 302 Air Pak (907549001) is a Kohler-powered welder/generator that combines multi-process welding, a 31 CFM rotary screw air compressor, 13,000 watts of peak generator power and a 12/24-volt battery charger/jump starter. One engine runs all of it.

Generator power is independent of weld settings and is enough to run a Spectrum 875 plasma cutter while supplying its air (rated 5/8 in mild steel). The rotary screw compressor delivers 31 CFM at 80-160 psi at a 100% duty cycle, rated at 104 F, with airflow selectable to suit the tool and pressure set from the front panel. Side and top access doors open the engine and compressor compartments, and digital maintenance meters track hours and service schedules.

The battery charger/jump starter offers selectable 12 or 24-volt charging and up to 450 amps of jump-starting, accessed from the front panel. For welding, four preset DIG settings make the stick arc softer or stiffer, Adaptive Hot Start eases arc starts, and Lift Arc TIG includes Auto-Crater and Auto-Stop. Output covers DC stick 25-300 A, DC TIG 10-300 A, AC TIG/stick 10-225 A and MIG/FCAW 13-35 V at 350 A.
