Quantity

The Miller Trailblazer 302 Air Pak (907549) combines a multi-process welder, a 13,000-watt peak generator, a 31 CFM rotary screw air compressor and a 12/24-volt battery charger/jump starter on one Kohler engine. This version has GFCI protection and an electric fuel pump.

The rotary screw compressor supplies 31 CFM at 80-160 psi at a 100% duty cycle, rated at 104 F, and the air pressure is set from the front panel. Generator power of 13,000 watts peak is available independent of the weld settings, enough to run a plasma cutter and feed it air at the same time. Side and top access doors open the engine and compressor compartments, and digital maintenance meters track hours and service intervals.

Stick welding offers four preset DIG settings and Adaptive Hot Start; MIG and flux-cored welding run solid and flux-cored wires, and TIG uses Lift Arc with Auto-Crater and Auto-Stop. Output ranges are 25-300 A DC stick, 10-300 A DC TIG, 10-225 A AC TIG/stick and 13-35 V, 350 A MIG/FCAW. The battery charger selects 12 or 24 volts and gives up to 450 amps of jump-start capability from the front panel.
