Miller Syncrowave 400 AC/DC TIG/Stick Complete w/Wired Foot Control (951000004)
This Miller Syncrowave 400 complete package combines a 5-400 amp AC/DC TIG and stick power source with a Coolmate 3S cooler, running gear, a Weldcraft W-375 TIG torch kit and a 20 ft wired foot control. It runs on single or three phase power and is rated for 1/2 in steel and 3/8 in aluminum.
AC squarewave output clears the oxide layer for aluminum welding, and AC balance adjusts from 60 to 80% with Pro-Set defaulting to 68%. Pulsed TIG, Blue Lightning HF and Lift-Arc starts, Auto-Postflow, DIG control for stick electrodes such as 7018 and 6010, and adaptive Hot Start are built in. Line voltage compensation holds settings through +-10 percent input fluctuation, fan-on-demand runs the fan only when needed, and an Arc Timer/Cycle Counter logs arc time and arc starts.
The package includes the power source, an 8 ft power cord with no plug, running gear, the Coolmate 3S cooler, the Weldcraft W-375 TIG torch kit, the 20 ft wired foot control, a flowmeter/regulator with gas hose and TIG torch connector, a work clamp with cable and Dinse connector, 4 gallons of coolant and the owner's manual. The power source weighs 131 lbs; with cooler and cart the system weighs 211 lbs and measures 43.9 in H x 20.5 in W x 36.3 in D.
