Miller Syncrowave 300 AC/DC TIG/Stick Complete w/Wireless Foot Control (951872)

This Miller Syncrowave 300 complete package pairs a 5-300 amp AC/DC TIG and stick power source with a Coolmate 3 cooler, running gear, a 25 ft Weldcraft W-280 TIG torch kit and an RFCS-14 wireless foot control. Duty cycle is 30% at 300A and 60% at 210A, and Auto-Link accepts 208, 240 or 480 V on single or three phase.

For aluminum, AC squarewave output clears the oxide layer and AC balance adjusts from 60 to 80%, with Pro-Set defaulting to 68%. The machine adds Pulsed TIG, Blue Lightning HF and Lift-Arc starts, Auto-Postflow, DIG control for electrodes such as 7018 and 6010, adaptive Hot Start, line voltage compensation for +-10 percent swings, fan-on-demand cooling and an Arc Timer/Cycle Counter. Capability is 1/2 in steel and 3/8 in aluminum.

Included are the power source, an 8 ft power cord with no plug, the Coolmate 3 cooler, running gear, the RFCS-14 wireless foot control, 4 gallons of coolant, the 25 ft Weldcraft W-280 TIG torch kit, 2 Dinse connectors and the owner's manual. The power source alone weighs 101 lbs; with cooler and cart the system weighs 176 lbs and measures 43.9 in H x 20.5 in W x 36.3 in D.
