Miller Syncrowave 300 AC/DC TIG and Stick Welder (907782)

The Miller Syncrowave 300 is an AC/DC TIG and stick power source rated 5-300 amps, with a 30% duty cycle at 300A and 60% at 210A. Auto-Link connects it to 208, 240 or 480 V primary power on single or three phase. It comes with an 8 ft power cord (no plug), two Dinse connectors and the owner's manual.

AC squarewave output clears the oxide layer for aluminum welding, and AC balance is adjustable from 60 to 80% with Pro-Set defaulting to 68%. Pulsed TIG, Blue Lightning HF and Lift-Arc starts, Auto-Postflow, DIG control for stick electrodes such as 7018 and 6010, and adaptive Hot Start are built in. Line voltage compensation holds settings on input that fluctuates by +-10 percent, and fan-on-demand runs the cooling fan only when needed.

An Arc Timer/Cycle Counter records arc-on time and the number of arc starts. Thickness capability is 1/2 in steel and 3/8 in aluminum. The power source weighs 101 lbs and measures 29.4 in H x 15 in W x 24.6 in D. Included are the Syncrowave 300 power source, an 8 ft power cord with no plug, 2 Dinse connectors and the owner's manual.
