Miller SuitCase 12RC with Bernard Q300 Gun, Meters, Remote Voltage (951580)

The Miller SuitCase 12RC (951580) is a portable MIG and flux-cored wire feeder that takes 12-inch wire spools and comes with meters, remote voltage control and a Bernard Q300 gun. It weighs 25.5 lbs and requires a 14-pin connector cable, sold separately.

The fully enclosed case is impact resistant and flame retardant, keeping the wire and internal components away from moisture, dust and other contaminants. The door opens with the feeder standing upright, the case has built-in side rails, and the fold-up carry handle is sized for a gloved hand. Updated front panels improve trigger strain relief.

The feeder runs a range of wires up to 5/64 in diameter, and its quick-change drive rolls swap without tools, with easy access for loading wire and adjusting tension. Remote voltage control and gas solenoid control are standard, and thermal overload protection shuts the unit down if the duty cycle is exceeded or cooling airflow is restricted. The Bernard Q300 gun is an air-cooled 300-amp, 100% duty cycle gun with a 15 ft cable.
