Miller Multimatic 255 Pulsed Multiprocess Welder, Running Gear, TIG Kit (951768)

This Miller Multimatic 255 package (951768) combines the pulsed multiprocess inverter with running gear and a TIG kit. It welds MIG, pulsed MIG, flux-cored, DC stick, DC Lift-Arc and pulsed TIG, with Auto-Line single-phase input from 208 to 575 V and no manual linking.

A 7-inch color LCD handles setup and parameter selection. Pulsed MIG lowers heat input to limit distortion on thin material and reduces spatter and post-weld grinding. Auto-Set Elite offers predefined weld settings, and program mode saves and recalls favorite settings. The MDX-250 MIG gun uses AccuLock S consumables with a front-loading liner locked at both ends. The machine alone weighs 84 lb and releases from the EZ-Latch running gear by loosening a retaining knob.
