Miller Multimatic 255 Pulsed Multiprocess Welder, Running Gear 208-575V (951767)

This Miller Multimatic 255 package (951767) supplies the pulsed multiprocess inverter with EZ-Latch running gear. It welds MIG, pulsed MIG, flux-cored, DC stick, DC Lift-Arc and pulsed TIG, and Auto-Line accepts any single-phase input from 208 to 575 V without manual linking.

Setup and parameter selection run through a 7-inch color LCD. Pulsed MIG reduces heat input for less distortion on thin material and cuts spatter and rework. Auto-Set Elite gives predefined weld settings, and program mode stores and recalls favorite settings. The machine alone weighs 84 lb, and the EZ-Latch running gear releases it by loosening a latch retaining knob.

Included: the power source with a 10 ft (3 m) power cord (no plug) and a 15 ft (4.5 m) 250-amp MDX MIG gun for Bernard S Series consumables with a .035-.045 liner.
