Miller Multimatic 255 Pulsed Multiprocess Welder (208-575V) (907728)

The Miller Multimatic 255 (907728) is a pulsed multiprocess inverter for MIG, pulsed MIG, flux-cored, DC stick, DC Lift-Arc and pulsed TIG. Auto-Line technology accepts any single-phase input from 208 to 575 V without manual linking, and the machine weighs 84 lb.

A 7-inch color LCD guides machine setup and parameter selection. Pulsed MIG lowers heat input to limit distortion on thin material and reduces spatter and post-weld grinding. Auto-Set Elite supplies predefined weld settings, and program mode saves and recalls favorite settings. The MDX-250 MIG gun uses AccuLock S consumables with a front-loading liner locked at both ends of the gun.

The welder can ride on optional EZ-Latch running gear and be released by loosening a latch retaining knob for portable work. Included is the power source with a 10 ft (3 m) power cord; no plug is included.
