Miller Multimatic 235 Multiprocess Welder (907780)

The Miller Multimatic 235 (907780) is a 235-amp single-phase inverter welder for MIG, flux-cored, DC stick, DC Lift-Arc and pulsed DC TIG. It runs on 208 to 240 V input, weighs 63 lbs and can be mounted on optional running gear or lifted off for portable work.

Auto-Set Elite provides predefined weld settings, shown on a 4.3-inch color LCD. The machine takes 12-inch wire spools, uses an angled heavy-duty aluminum two-drive-roll system and has two shielding gas connections. The supplied MDX-250 MIG gun uses AccuLock consumables with a front-loading liner locked at both ends of the gun. Optional EZ-Latch running gear holds the welder with latches that release by loosening a retaining knob.

Included: the power source with a 7 ft power cord (no plug), a 15 ft 250-amp MDX MIG gun with .030-.035 liner, a 10 ft work cable with electrode holder and 50 mm Dinse connector, a 10 ft work cable with clamp and 50 mm Dinse-style connector, a flow gauge regulator and gas hose for argon or AR/CO2, extra contact tips, .030/.035 in reversible drive rolls and a material thickness gauge.
