Miller Multimatic 220 AC/DC Welder + Spectrum 375 Plasma Cutter (907757, 907529)

$3,576.00Price
Quantity

A Miller package combining the Multimatic 220 AC/DC multiprocess welder (907757) with the Spectrum 375 plasma cutter (907529). The welder covers MIG, flux-cored, DC stick and AC/DC TIG, weighs 56 pounds and runs on 120-volt or 240-volt single-phase power.

On the Multimatic 220 AC/DC, QuickTech detects polarity and changes process when the trigger or foot control is used, so the MIG gun and TIG torch can remain connected at once and the last settings are recalled. Auto-Set Elite supplies predefined parameters for MIG, stick, AC TIG and DC TIG, and Pro-Set flags recommended values for AC balance (75%), AC frequency (120 Hz), DC TIG pulse (100 Hz) and stick DIG (30% for 7018 electrodes).

A three-groove Quick Select drive roll handles two solid wire sizes and flux-cored wire, and separate MIG and TIG gas inlets keep both gases connected. The welder has a 3.5-inch color LCD and a standard 14-pin connector. Rated capacity: MIG 24 ga. to 3/8 in. steel and 18 ga. to 3/8 in. aluminum, DC stick 16 ga. to 3/8 in. steel, AC/DC TIG 24 ga. to 1/4 in. steel and aluminum. It comes equipped with the accessories for each of its processes.
