Miller Multimatic 215 Auto-Set Multiprocess Welder with TIG Package (951674)

The Miller Multimatic 215 Auto-Set with TIG Package (951674) is a single-phase multiprocess welder for MIG, flux-cored, TIG and stick, with up to 230 amps of output. It welds mild steel up to 3/8 inch in a single pass and is set up through a color LCD interface.

A dual gas solenoid keeps MIG and TIG gases hooked up for switching between processes. Auto-Set Elite gives quick settings for multiple materials and processes with fine-tuning available. Smooth-Start gives consistent MIG starts, an angled wire drive uses a Quick-Select drive roll, Auto Spool Gun Detect needs no switch, Fan-On-Demand runs cooling only when needed and thermal overload protection shuts the unit down if airflow is blocked or duty cycle is exceeded.

Included: power cord with multi-voltage plugs (MVP), 10 ft MDX 100 MIG gun and cable, electrode holder and work clamp with 25 mm Dinse-style connectors, flow gauge regulator and hose for argon and Ar/CO2, a spool of .030 in solid wire, two .030 in contact tips, a Quick Select drive roll for .024 or .030/.035 in solid and .030/.035 in flux-cored wire, and a material thickness gauge.
