Miller Millermatic 255 MIG/Pulsed MIG Welder, Fully Loaded (907734)
The fully loaded Miller Millermatic 255 (907734) is a single-phase MIG, pulsed MIG and flux-cored inverter welder with Auto-Line input for 208-240V. This package adds EZ-Latch dual-cylinder running gear, a 30 ft spool gun and an additional regulator.
A 7-inch color LCD guides machine setup and parameter selection. Auto-Set Elite supplies predefined weld settings, and Program mode saves and recalls favorite settings. Pulsed MIG reduces heat input, limiting distortion on thin material and cutting spatter and post-weld grinding. Auto-Line accepts any single-phase input from 208 to 240V without manual linking.
The EZ-Latch running gear (951769) has an elevated gun and cable rack, and its latches hold the welder in place; loosening the retaining knob and rotating the latches frees the machine to be carried on its own. The running gear comes in a separate box and needs some assembly. Also included are a 15 ft MDX gun for .035/.045 in wire, a 10 ft work cable and clamp with 50 mm Dinse-style connector, two flow gauge regulators with gas hose, a 30 ft 30A spool gun (130831), an additional regulator (195050), spare contact tips, reversible drive rolls, a cylinder chain and a material thickness gauge.
