Miller Millermatic 255 MIG/Pulsed MIG Welder, 208/240V w/ Running Gear (951766)

Miller package 951766 combines the Millermatic 255, a single-phase MIG, pulsed MIG and flux-cored inverter welder for 208/240V input, with EZ-Latch running gear. The running gear comes in a separate box and needs some assembly.

A 7-inch color LCD guides setup and parameter selection, Auto-Set Elite supplies predefined weld settings, and Program mode stores favorite settings. Pulsed MIG lowers heat input to limit distortion on thin material and reduce spatter. Auto-Line accepts any single-phase input from 208 to 240V without manual linking. The welder itself weighs 84 lbs.

Latches on the EZ-Latch running gear lock the welder in place; loosening the retaining knob and rotating the latches releases it for carrying. The package also includes a 10 ft power cord, a 15 ft MDX 250 MIG gun for .035/.045 in wire, a 10 ft work cable and clamp with 50 mm Dinse-style connector, a flow gauge regulator and gas hose, spare contact tips, reversible drive rolls, a cylinder chain and a material thickness gauge.
