Miller Millermatic 255 MIG/Pulsed MIG Welder, 208/240V (907734)

The Miller Millermatic 255 (907734) is a single-phase MIG, pulsed MIG and flux-cored inverter welder for 208/240V input, weighing 84 lbs. It is supplied with a 15 ft MDX 250 MIG gun, work cable, regulator and drive rolls.

A 7-inch color LCD walks the operator through setup and parameter selection, Auto-Set Elite offers predefined weld settings, and Program mode stores and recalls favorite settings. Pulsed MIG lowers heat input to limit distortion on thin material and reduce spatter and grinding. Auto-Line accepts any single-phase input from 208 to 240V without manual linking.

The machine can be mounted on optional EZ-Latch running gear, which is not part of this package, or carried on its own. Included are the power source with a 10 ft power cord, a 15 ft MDX 250 MIG gun for .035/.045 in wire, a 10 ft work cable and clamp with 50 mm Dinse-style connector, a flow gauge regulator and gas hose for argon or AR/CO2, spare contact tips, .035/.045 in reversible drive rolls and a material thickness gauge.
