Miller Millermatic 211 MIG Welder with Advanced Auto-Set (907614)
The Miller Millermatic 211 (907614) is a single-phase inverter MIG and flux-cored welder that runs on 120V or 230V input and delivers up to 210 amps. Advanced Auto-Set configures the machine from the material type, gas, wire diameter and material thickness.
The inverter design keeps the machine at 38 lbs and gives a quick-responding arc that tolerates changes in travel speed and arc length. It handles .024, .030 and .035 in wire and can weld material up to 3/8 in thick in a single pass. Smooth-Start is intended for clean, low-spatter starts, and Manual mode lets the operator set parameters for aluminum, stainless steel or mild steel.
A cast aluminum drive system uses a dual-groove quick-change drive roll and a spring-loaded tension arm with a calibrated knob. The machine recognizes a Spoolmate 100 or Spoolmate 150 spool gun when it is plugged in and sets itself up accordingly, and the Multi-Voltage Plug connects to common 120V or 240V receptacles without tools. Tip Saver short-circuit protection is also built in.
