Miller Millermatic 211 MIG Welder w/ Advanced Auto-Set and Running Gear (951603)
The Miller Millermatic 211 package 951603 pairs the 120/230V single-phase inverter MIG and flux-cored welder with a running gear cart. Advanced Auto-Set configures the machine from the material type, gas, wire diameter and material thickness.
This Millermatic 211 version includes Fan-On-Demand, redesigned drive rolls and Auto Spool Gun Detect, which recognizes a Spoolmate 100 or Spoolmate 150 gun and configures the machine for it. It runs .024, .030 and .035 in wire, welds up to 3/8 in in a single pass, and offers Manual mode for setting parameters on aluminum, stainless steel or mild steel.
The inverter produces a quick-responding arc that tolerates variations in travel speed and arc length, and Smooth-Start is designed for clean, low-spatter starts. A cast aluminum drive with a dual-groove quick-change drive roll and spring-loaded tension arm simplifies setup, and the Multi-Voltage Plug connects to common 120V or 240V receptacles without tools.
