Miller Millermatic 141 MIG Welder with Cart (951601)
The Miller Millermatic 141 (951601) is a 120V single-phase MIG and flux-cored welder with a 140-amp maximum output. This package adds the Running Gear/Cylinder Rack (301239) and comes with an MDX 100 MIG gun, regulator and starter wire.
Auto-Set chooses the welding parameters once the wire diameter and material thickness are entered, and Manual mode allows custom settings for aluminum, stainless steel or mild steel. The angled all-aluminum drive uses a Quick Select drive roll with three grooves, two for solid wire sizes and one for flux-cored wire, plus a calibrated tension knob, and feeds MIG guns up to 15 ft long.
Smooth-Start is designed for a clean, low-spatter arc start, and the machine detects automatically whether a MIG gun or spool gun is connected. Thermal overload protection shuts the unit down and lights an indicator if airflow is blocked or the duty cycle is exceeded, and Tip Saver cuts output when the contact tip is shorted to the work.
