Miller Maxstar 400 DC TIG Welder Complete with Wireless Foot Control (951874)

Miller's 951874 package is a complete water-cooled DC TIG station built on the Maxstar 400, a 400-amp DC TIG and stick power source. It is rated 60% duty cycle at 300 A for both processes and includes a Coolmate 3.5 cooler, wireless remote foot control and a 25 ft water-cooled torch.

The Maxstar 400 accepts 208-575 V input through Auto-Line and has a 120 V auxiliary receptacle for the cooler or small tools. Blue Lightning high frequency gives non-contact TIG starts, DC TIG pulsing reaches 5000 pulses per second with adjustable peak amperage, peak time and background amperage, nine program memories store settings, and meter calibration is available for certification. Stick welding gets DIG arc control for 7018 through 6010 electrodes and Hot Start.
