Miller Maxstar 400 DC TIG Welder (907716)
The Miller Maxstar 400 (907716) is a DC TIG and stick power source with 400 A maximum output, able to weld material up to 5/8 inch. It is rated 60% duty cycle at 300 A for both stick and TIG and connects to 208-575 V input through Auto-Line.
Blue Lightning high frequency provides non-contact TIG arc starts, and DC TIG pulsing runs up to 5000 pulses per second with adjustable peak amperage, peak time and background amperage. A 120 V auxiliary receptacle powers a cooler or small tools, nine program memories retain settings, and meter calibration supports certification work. Stick features include DIG arc control for 7018 through 6010 electrodes and Hot Start.
