Miller Maxstar 210 DX DC Stick/TIG Welder (907684)

$3,036.00Price
Quantity

The Miller Maxstar 210 DX (907684) is a DC TIG and DC stick welder with a 1-210 A range, rated 210 A at 60% duty cycle for DC TIG on 230 V single-phase. It is a DC-only machine and does not TIG weld aluminum; maximum thickness is 1/4 in steel.

The DX has a memory card port for software updates and new features, digital meters, Pro-Set preset parameters, and a programmable standby and sleep timer that powers the machine down when idle. Auto-Line connects to single- or three-phase power without relinking, and Line Voltage Compensation holds output steady with input fluctuation of plus or minus 10%. Fan-On-Demand runs the fan only when needed, and Wind Tunnel Technology routes internal airflow so components and PC boards are shielded from dirt and dust.

Low OCV Stick reduces open-circuit voltage to 9-14 VDC when the machine is idle, removing the need for an add-on voltage reducer. Adaptive Hot Start raises amperage at the start of a stick weld to prevent sticking, and Lift Arc provides TIG starts without high frequency. Supplied with an 8 ft power cord (no plug) and two 50 mm Dinse connectors; dimensions are 24 in long, 13 in wide and 17 in high.
