Miller Dynasty 800 TIG Water-Cooled Package with Wireless Foot Control (951875)

Miller's 951875 package sets up the Dynasty 800 AC/DC TIG and stick power source as a water-cooled station with a wireless foot control. The 800-amp power source welds aluminum up to 1 inch thick and is rated 60% duty cycle at 450 A and 600 A.

Arc shaping on the Dynasty 800 includes four AC waveforms (Advanced Squarewave, Soft Squarewave, Sine and Triangular), independent EP and EN amperage, extended AC balance for cleaning action on aluminum and AC frequency adjustable from 20 to 400 Hz. High-speed DC TIG pulsing goes up to 5000 pulses per second with control of peak amperage, peak time and background amperage. Blue Lightning high frequency gives non-contact arc starts.

The machine has a 120 V auxiliary receptacle for the cooler or small tools, nine program memories and meter calibration for certification. Stick functions include DIG arc control for 7018 through 6010 electrodes and Hot Start. The package lists an AK18C torch accessory kit with shielding cups, collets, collet bodies and 2% cerium tungsten electrodes in 3/32, 1/8 and 5/32 in, along with a cart.
