Miller Dynasty 800 TIG Welder Water-Cooled Package with Foot Control (951696)

This Miller package (951696) builds a water-cooled TIG station with foot control around the Dynasty 800, an 800-amp AC/DC TIG and stick power source that welds aluminum up to 1 inch thick. The power source is rated 60% duty cycle at 450 A and 600 A for heavy industrial work.

The Dynasty 800 offers four AC waveforms (Advanced Squarewave, Soft Squarewave, Sine and Triangular), independent EP and EN amperage control, extended AC balance for oxide cleaning and AC frequency from 20 to 400 Hz. DC TIG pulsing reaches 5000 pulses per second with adjustable peak amperage, peak time and background amperage, and Blue Lightning high frequency provides non-contact arc starts.

A 120 V auxiliary receptacle supplies the cooling system or small tools, nine program memories store parameters, and meter calibration supports certification. Stick welding gets DIG arc control for electrodes from 7018 to 6010 plus Hot Start. The package lists an AK18C torch accessory kit with shielding cups, collets, collet bodies and 2% cerium tungsten electrodes in 3/32, 1/8 and 5/32 in, along with a cart.
