Miller Dynasty 800 AC/DC TIG Welder (907719)
The Miller Dynasty 800 (907719) is an 800-amp AC/DC power source for TIG and stick welding, able to weld aluminum up to 1 inch thick. It is rated 60% duty cycle at 450 A and 600 A and is intended for heavy industrial use.
Four AC waveforms are available: Advanced Squarewave for a fast-freezing puddle and deep penetration, Soft Squarewave for a softer arc and puddle control, Sine wave for a traditional arc, and Triangular wave for lower heat input on thin aluminum. Independent EP and EN amperage control, extended AC balance for oxide cleaning and AC frequency from 20 to 400 Hz shape the arc, while DC TIG pulsing reaches 5000 pulses per second with adjustable peak amperage, peak time and background amperage.
Blue Lightning high frequency provides non-contact TIG starts. A 120 V auxiliary receptacle powers a cooling system or small tools, nine program memories store parameters, and meter calibration supports certification work. Stick features include DIG arc control for electrodes from 7018 to 6010, Hot Start and AC frequency control. Supplied with the Dynasty 800 power source, two thread lock adapters (225029) and a water-cooled thread lock torch adapter (225028).
