Miller Dynasty 210 Complete w/Wireless Foot Control (951936)

This Miller Dynasty 210 complete package (951936) centers on an AC/DC TIG and stick welder with a 1-210 amp range and comes with a wireless foot control. It weighs 47 lbs, accepts single or three phase input, and handles steel from .002 to 1/4 in and aluminum from .012 to 1/4 in.

Pulse controls cover on/off, frequency up to 500 PPS, peak duty cycle and background amperage, plus initial amperage, initial and final slope time and final amperage. Arcs start by Blue Lightning high frequency or by Lift-Arc without HF. Four AC waveforms are offered: Advanced Squarewave, Soft Squarewave, Sine and Triangular. Stick welding adds DIG arc control for electrodes such as 7018 and 6010, and Hot Start.

A memory card port allows software updates, Pro-Set supplies preset parameters, and a programmable standby/sleep timer powers the machine down when idle. The Cooler Power Supply is a dedicated 120-volt receptacle for the Coolmate 1.3, with Cooler-On-Demand running the cooler only when needed. Duty cycle is 60% at 210A TIG and 60% at 160A stick.
